TIGERBALL 

A new innovative approach to junior water polo encouraging  new young players

1. 2022 Term 2 Start dates

• Friday, 6 May 2022

• 7 weeks - to 24 June 2022 (excluding 10 June 2022 - Queen's Birthday Long Weekend)

• Ashfield Aquatic Centre 

2. Cost

• $180 per participant for Term 2 Tigerball program (pool entry not included)

• 50% discount for current Balmain players (register logged into your account)

• Players from any club or school can participate

• Individual entries

3. Session Structure

• From 5:00pm to 5:45 pm - Year 2 to Year 4 (Born 2014 to 2012)

• From 5:45pm to 6:30pm - Year 5 to Year 7 (Born 2011 to 2009)

• 45 minutes each session

4. Skills & Competition

• Participants will be divided into group and play a round robin competition.

• There will be an emphasis on skills and development.

• 7 weeks of sessions.

5. Who can play

• All children 8 years and over weclome.

• Competent swimmers preferred (swim 20m unassisted).

6. Coaches

Kids will have an unforgettable experience, having the opportunity to work with UTS Balmain Water Polo Club accredited coaches, UTS BWPC Australian Water Polo League players as well as Australian Olympians.
