UTS BWPC 12s and Under Carnival 2023 - Individual entry to 'Barbarian/Harlequin Team'

When?

• Wednesday, 4 January - Friday, 6 January  2023
• From 8:30am each day

Who can play / Who can enter?

• Children born 2010 to born 2015. No water polo experience needed! (we will grade you)
• Individuals can enter and will be placed in a Barbarians or Harlequin team. UTS BWPC will provide coaches for the Barbarian and Harlequin teams.
• All individual players not registered with a Club will be registered with WPNSW through UTS BWPC as a Flippa Ball players - part of their registration fee.

How are teams set up?

• Teams will be placed in divisions dependent on gender, age and experience. Generally a boys, a girls and a mixed and younger division.
• Divisions will be decided by committee after the registration closing date.
• Teams will play round robin games followed by play offs and finals. Each team will play a minimum of 7 games.

And...

• There will be talks for competitors and their parents – by leading Sports physios, exercise physiologists, nutritionists and motivation speakers.
• Optional skills clinics run by Australian Waterpolo League players will be offered on Tuesday & Wednesday before/after  start of competition
• Each child will receive a participation certificate and access to a  program.

Team Entry Cost:

• $125 early bird discount (by 26 November 2022)
• $145 (after 26 November and by 2 December 2022)

Entry Costs Include:

• Pool entry for all 3 days for players to Dawn Fraser Baths
• Referees & table officials
• Access to workshops for players & parents
• Participation certificate.
• UTS BWPC will provide coaches for the Barbarian and Harlequin teams.
• Registration with WPNSW for individuals who are not registered with a club - through UTS BWPC as a Flippa Ball player - part of the registration fee.

Payment

• You can pay by credit card at registration on the next screen
• Payment must be made by the registration deadline (2 December 2022). Registration is not complete until payment has been made.
