UTS BWPC 12s and Under Carnival 2025 - Team Entry

When?

• Friday, 3 January - Sunday, 5 January 2025  
• From 8:30am each day

Who can play / Who can enter?

• Children born 2012 to born 2017. No water polo experience needed! (we will grade you)
   
• Groups/Clubs/Schools/Associations can enter a team (or multiple teams)
  • Teams can have 8-10 players.
  • There can be boys, girls or mixed teams.

How are teams set up?

• Teams will be placed in divisions dependent on gender, age and experience. Generally a boys, a girls and a mixed and younger division.
• Divisions will be decided by committee after the registration closing date.
• Teams will play round robin games followed by play offs and finals. Each team will play a minimum of 7 games.

And...

• There will be talks for competitors and their parents – by leading Sports physios, exercise physiologists, nutritionists and motivation speakers.
• Optional skills clinics run by Australian Waterpolo League players will be offered 
• Each child will receive  access to a  program.

Team Entry Cost:

• $700 early bird discount (by 15 November 2024)
• $790 (after 15 November and by 25 November 2024)

Entry Costs Include:

• Pool entry for all 3 days for players & 1 official to Dawn Fraser Baths
• Referees & table officials
• Access to workshops for players & parents
• Families & spectator special rate pool passes

Payment

• You can pay by credit card at registration on the next screen
• You can pay by EFT by clicking on"BANK DEPOSIT" on the payment page - an invoice will be sent to you. (instructions for this are clearly stated at registration and on the generated invoice). EFT Payment must include Invoice number in reference.
• Payment must be made by the registration deadline (25 November 2024). Registration is not complete until payment has been made.
• Priority will be given to teams by order of registration and payment.
