UTS BWPC 12s and Under Carnival 2026 - Team Entry

When?
Saturday, 3 January - Monday, 5 January 2026
From 8:30am each day
Who can play / Who can enter?
Children born 2013 to born 2018. No water polo experience needed! (we will grade you)
Groups/Clubs/Schools/Associations can enter a team (or multiple teams)
Teams can have 8-10 players.
There can be boys, girls or mixed teams.
How are teams set up?
Teams will be placed in divisions dependent on gender, age and experience. Generally a boys, a girls and a mixed and younger division. However, dependent on grading, higher divisions may be mixed.
Divisions will be decided by committee after the registration closing date.
Teams will play round robin games followed by play offs and finals. Each team will play a minimum of 7 games.

There will be talks for competitors and their parents
Optional skills clinics run by Australian Waterpolo League players will be offered
Each child will receive access to a program.
Team Entry Cost:
$900 early bird discount (by 15 November 2025)
$950 (after 15 November and by 25 November 2025)
Entry Costs Include:
Pool entry for all 3 days for up to players & 1 official to Dawn Fraser Baths
Referees & table officials for games
Access to workshops for players & parents
Families & spectator special rate pool passes
Payment
You can pay by credit card at registration on the next screen
You can pay by EFT by clicking on"BANK DEPOSIT" on the payment page - an invoice will be sent to you. (instructions for this are clearly stated at registration and on the generated invoice). EFT Payment must include Invoice number in reference.
Payment must be made by the registration deadline (25 November 2025). Registration is not complete until payment has been made.
Priority will be given to teams by order of registration and payment.
