This form is not a registration and does not require any payment.

Teams entered in the 2022 Winter Comp will be based on responses to this form – Registration is essential to be sure you are placed in a team. The sooner we receive responses, the more likely we will be able to field a team you want to play in.

The following timeline will apply:

• Nominations close 15 May 2022
• Players will be allocated to teams and the club's membership platform will generate a winter levy for each team member
• Mid June competition start

• M1/2, M3, M4, M5, M6, M7 Grades (Tuesdays)
• L1/2, L3, L4, L5 Grades (Wednesdays)
• L12, L14, L16, M12, M14, M16 Grades (Sundays)
